HTL has constructed 132 luxury residential homes, 30 commercial properties, hospital complexes, specialized building, government building, schools, bridges, and factories. Recently Hajvairy is engaged in a JV in Lahore, Pakistan for development of a registered housing estate of 500 Acres, involving 2200 homes.

HTL is registered as "Building Contractors / Civil Engineers" with almost all the government / Semi Government Departments / Organizations.  Below are some of the projects undertaken:
